MATERIALS AND METHODS

A cross-sectional design was conducted from October 2016 to April 2017. The target population of this study included all people with morbid obesity who referred to Obesity Clinic of Shiraz Mother and Child Hospital. The sample size was created on previous studies,22 descriptive studies (r=0.31), and (r=0.14), α=0.05 and by using statistical software Power SSC; the sample size was estimated about 130. The samples were selected by unassuming random sampling method based on table of random numbers.
